
Brockville – The 2025 Dive Brockville Adventure Centre Polar Bear Dip held on Wednesday, January 1st raised $1,372 for Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre.
The annual event was held at the dive stairs in Centeen Park in Downtown Brockville starting at noon and saw 41 brave the weather and take the dip in the cold St. Lawrence River.
“A big thank you to all the participants and those who came to cheer them on as well as our safety crew, Owen Araujo, James Pickett and Vincent Dokis” said Helen Cooper from Dive Brockville Adventure Centre.
