Brockville – Downtown Brockville’s August Shop the Street: A Fairytale Fantasy is taking place this Saturday, August 16th.
It runs from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm along King Street. Please remember, motorist, King Street will be closed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm between Perth Street and Bethune Street for the event.
Step into a magical fairytale shopping experience as King Street (from Perth St. to Bethune St.) transforms into a dreamy, pedestrian-only shopping and entertainment haven!
Wild Little Roses will be hosting a Fairy Fan Workshop from 10:00 am to noon in the Kids Zone, Tandem Unified Wellness Zumba Class from noon until 1 pm.
A vendor village where you can discover handmade treasures, unique goods, and artisan creations from incredible local vendors.
You can also meet Snow White, Doctor Kaboom’s Tunes & Free Balloons, Brockville Country Club’s Street Curling in the Kids’ Zone, Special Olympics BBQ, Best Dressed Competition, and the Dunk Bucket Challenge hosted by Interval House.

Free Swag Bags: Arrive early and stop by the BIA booth to grab a free swag bag (while supplies last)!
Kick off your day at the Brockville Farmers’ Market (8 AM – 1 PM on Market St. W) for fresh, local finds before diving into the festivities.
The Brockville and Area Food Bank will be set up at Shop the Street: A Fairytale Fantasy from 10 am to 4 pm.
Find them at 98 King St. W (in front of CIBC), and please consider bringing a non-perishable food item or monetary donation to help those in need.
Free City Bus rides are here for the Shop the Street event days. Leave the car at home and enjoy a stress-free ride to the action. Whether you’re a familiar face or visiting for the first time, this is your chance to experience Downtown Brockville’s shops, restaurants, and vibrant community (without the hassle of parking!)
