
Prescott – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant, leading to drug charges.
On Thursday, August 14, 2025, at approximately 6:00 a.m., members of the OPP Community Street Crime Unit and OPP Canine executed a CDSA search warrant at a residence on Wood Street in Prescott.
Police seized an amount of suspected cocaine, crystal methamphetamine and Percocet with an estimated street value of $5,100. An amount of Canadian currency was also seized.
As a result of the investigation, Mitchell DAVIDSON, 39 years old and Stephanie PATTERSON, 46 years old, of Prescott, have been arrested and charged with the following:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking a Schedule I substance – cocaine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking a Schedule I substance – methamphetamines
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking a Schedule I substance – other drugs
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
Both accused are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on Tuesday, September 19, 2025.
