
Athens – The Senior Support Services LLG’s The Grand Parade (TGP) is returning to Athens on Saturday, September 20th.
The Grand Parade is a family-friendly fundraiser walk that helps local charities that support aging Canadians and their families. Team up, walk, and fundraise with them.
There is no registration fee to participate in The Grand Parade, but fundraising is encouraged. All participants must register online and accept the electronic waiver here: https://thegrandparade.org/location/leedsgrenville
It is being held at Centennial Park/Centre 76 at 35 Henry Street.
Check-in is being held at 10:00 am, with muster gather for opening remarks being held at 10:45. The walk will begin at 11:00 am.
Walking routes will be well-signed with bold, branded TGP signs.
There will be a light meal served at noon, followed by a wrap-up at 1:00 pm.
