Finalists Announced for the Downtown Brockville BIA’s Restaurant of Excellence Award & Retail Excellence Award

Brockville – Downtown Brockville BIA has announced the finalists for the 2025 Restaurant of Excellence Award & Retail Excellence Award.

The finalists for the Downtown Brockville BIA’s 2025 Restaurant of Excellence Award are the Keystorm Pub, The Sub Shop, and 1000 Islands Restaurant & Pizzeria.

Each of these outstanding restaurants has showcased excellence in:

• Customer Experience: Creating warm, welcoming atmospheres and delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back
• Creativity & Innovation: Bringing unique flavours, fresh ideas, and memorable dining experiences to Downtown Brockville
• Performance & Growth: Demonstrating dedication to running strong, reliable businesses that enhance our downtown
• Community Spirit: Supporting and engaging with the community, adding to the heart and vibrancy of our downtown core

The finalists for the Retail Excellence Award are Pauline’s Lingerie, Wild Little Roses, and Echo Clothing Co..

Each of these businesses has demonstrated excellence in:

• Customer Service: Delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences
  Innovation: Bringing fresh ideas, products, or practices to elevate the retail experience
  Performance: Showing strong business growth and success
  Community Engagement: Actively supporting and engaging with the local community

The finalists for the Rising Star Award, Community Spirit Award, and the Dave Cochrane Award are still to be announced.
