Brockville – Brockville kickboxer Kristina “Killer Bee” Mabry has launched a GoFundMe campaign to help her represent Team Canada at the World Kickboxing Championships in Abu Dhabi next week.

The Canadian kickboxing champion earned her spot on the national team earlier this year and now faces one final challenge, covering the cost of international travel.

The GoFundMe campaign was launched to help Mabry pay for flights, accommodations and competition expenses. Organizers say every contribution brings her closer to competing on the world stage and showcasing Brockville talent before an international audience.

You can help her with her campaign by visiting Fundraiser by Kristina Mabry: Help me represent Team Canada Kickboxing in Abu Dhabi.

All donors will receive exclusive unreleased footage of all of her fights via a private link to her YouTube channel.

On May 10th, 2025, Mabry earned the title of Canadian featherweight kickboxing champion.

She is classified as an “amateur” vs. “professional” athlete, which means Mabry does not get paid to fight, nor are any of her expenses covered.

Supporters say the trip is essential for her chance at a world title, a milestone rarely reached by local athletes. Community members have already begun sharing her story online, hoping to boost donations and raise awareness of her journey.
