
Hawkesbury – The Brockville Braves were in Hawkesbury on Saturday, where they lost a 6-2 decision to the Hawks in CCHL action.
The Braves’ Dryden Dervish, with assists from Jack Lowry and Carter Cuglietta, scored Brockville’s first goal in the first period. Hawkesbury also scored one, tying the game at 1-1 at the end of the period.

In the second period, Matthew Vohra (Harry, Carolan) would pick up a goal to take the lead, but Hawkesbury would score another, tying it again at 2-2 at the end of the period.
It was all Hawkesbury in the third, scoring two more to take the win.
The Hawks outshot the Braves 44 to 27 during the game.
Brockville travels to Carleton Place this Wednesday night to play the Canadians. The puck drops at 7:00 pm.
