Cumberland – The South Grenville Junior Rangers were in Cumberland on Sunday, playing the Castors, where they won 6-4 over Cumberland in NCJHL action.
Scoring for the Jr. Rangers were Jaxon Viau (Mason Wight) in the first period, Ty Chevrier (Logan Rasa, Eric Judson), Mason Wight (Ethan Wooller, Ryder Minion), Eric Judson (Logan Rasa, Justin Van Luit) and Ethan Wooller (Jaxon Viau, Mason Wight) all in the second period.
Logan Rasa (Ty Chevrier, Wyatt Nolan) would score the sixth goal in the third.
South Grenville will travel to Chesterville this Saturday when they play the North Dundas Rockets, starting at 7:30 pm.
