Brockville – Environment Canada has issued a YELLOW Cold Warning for Brockville, Leeds-Grenville, with frigid temperatures expected tonight into early Friday morning.

Wind chills of minus 33 to minus 38.

Cover up. Frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin, especially with wind chill.

Watch for colour changes on fingers and toes, pain, numbness, a tingling sensation, or swelling. If present, move indoors and begin warming.
