Brockville – Warm up your winter with an inspiring evening of live music featuring two outstanding ensembles: the Canadian Staff Band of The Salvation Army and the Brockville Concert Band on Saturday, February 28th at Wall Street United Church starting at 7:00 pm.
The Canadian Staff Band (CSB) of The Salvation Army is a premier brass ensemble, established in its current form in 1969 to support worship and ministry through music. Based in Toronto, the CSB has traveled extensively, including trips to the United Kingdom, USA, and South America, and has produced numerous recordings. Known for its high-caliber playing, the CSB contributes to the development of Salvation Army music, supporting composers and nurturing young musicians.
This special mid-winter concert brings together rich harmonies, and uplifting melodies performed by musicians known for both technical excellence and musical artistry. From stirring classics to engaging contemporary works, the program promises a dynamic and memorable musical experience for audiences of all ages.
Join us for an evening of community, music and fun that will brighten the winter season.
Freewill donations gratefully accepted to support Salvation Army music camp fees for local children and youth.
