Junior Rangers Lost 6-4 to St-Isidore in Game 5 of Their Quarter Final Series on Sunday

Junior Rangers Lead Series 3-2!

St-Isidore – The South Grenville Junior Rangers lost a 6-4 decision to the St-Isidore Eagles in Game 5 of the NCJHL quarter finals best of 7 series on Sunday in St-Isidore.

South Grenville leads the series 3-2.

Both teams scored two goals in the first period. Scoring for the Junior Rangers were, Ethan Wooller (Mason Wight, Jaxon Viau) and Mason Wight (Ethan Wooller, Jaxon Viau) in the first.

Mason Wight (Jaxon Viau, Ethan Wooller) would pick up his second goal of the game in the second period. The Eagles would pick up two more in the second to lead the game at 4-3.

In the third period, St-Isidore would score two more from Patenaude and Elie. Wight would score his third goal of the game in the third but it wasn’t enough o win the game.

Game six is set for this Saturday back in Prescott. The puck drops at 7:30 pm at the Alaine Chartrand Community Centre.
