REMINDER BROCKVILLE TRAVEL ADVISORY: Road Work at Intersection of Front Ave. & Stewart Blvd. Today – Stewart Blvd. Down to 2 Lanes

Brockville – Notice to Brockville drives – Road work at the intersection of Front Ave. and Stewart Blvd today. Stewart Blvd. will be down to two lanes today. Drive with caution.

Continuing with the Front Avenue water main replacement project, on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, the City will be replacing the water main across Stewart Boulevard.

The work will start at the parkland area at the southeast corner of Front and Stewart and then proceed across Stewart Boulevard.

Residents can expect to see Front Avenue closed at the east leg of Convay Crescent. There will be NO THROUGH TRAFFIC on Front Ave. at Stewart Blvd.

Residents can also expect lane closures on Stewart Boulevard in the area of Front Avenue. Stewart Boulevard will be down to two lanes of traffic (one for each direction) at any given time. Road signage will of course be on site.
