Brockville – National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, is being honoured today at Hardy Park until 4 pm.
All are welcome to join us as we reflect on the legacy of residential schools, the 94 calls to action and the findings of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
They will have a fire keeper, drumming, medicine wheel teaching, the Kawartha Reconciliation Quilt, traditional foods and several vendors.
This event is sponsored by the Brockville NDTR Committee, Tsi Kanonhkhwatsheri:yo IIPCT, RTO District #48 and the Brockville Public Library.
