Go Pink Volleyball Tournament on Now at Hardy Park Until 5 pm
Brockville – The Go Pink Campaign kick-off BBQ was held on Saturday at Brockville Home Hardware.
This October, the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation is turning pink for a cause close to the heart – breast cancer detection and care. The launch of the “Go Pink” month marks a spirited effort to raise awareness and funds for a new mammography unit at Brockville General Hospital (BGH).
Some of the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Board Members were serving yesterday.
In addition to the BBQ on Saturday, the new transport trailer, showcasing the Your Health Your Hospital campaign, was on-site for photo opportunities.
The transport trailer will remain at Home Hardware for the month of October. Capture the spirit of community and support by taking photos with their eye-catching trailer.

Today at Hardy Park in Downtown Brockville is the Pink Cup Volleyball Tournament running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Foundation is spiking up the excitement with teams competing for a fantastic cause – supporting the mammography machine at Brockville General Hospital.
