Brockville – There were four games around Leeds & Grenville in the National Capital Junior Hockey League over the weekend.
The Westport Rideaus hosted the Almonte Inferno on Friday night at the WTC Communications Centre. They lost 4-3 to Almonte in the game.
The South Grenville Junior Rangers had three games over the weekend.
On Friday night they were in Chesterville where they lost 5-3 to the North Dundas Rockets. Then on Saturday, the Junior Rangers hosted the Morrisburg Lions at the ACCC in Prescott. They lost 4-2 to the Lions.
On Sunday they came away with a 8-1 win over the Inferno in Almonte.
The Westport Rideaus host the South Grenville Rangers this Friday night in Westport. Game time is 7:30 pm. On Saturday the South Grenville Junior Rangers travel to Almonte to face the Inferno once again. The puck drops there at 7:30 pm.
