The Planning and Development Committee of the City of Brockville will be holding a Public Meeting to give the public an opportunity to make representations concerning proposed Amendments to the City of Brockville Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw 050-2014.
Concurrently, Applications for Consent have been submitted respecting the same parcel to allow for the property to be severed into multiple lots. The Chief planning Officer will consider the applications for severance once there is a decision respecting the request for the amendments to Zoning Bylaw 050-2014.
