Brockville – Another tough loss for the Braves on Friday night as they lost a 3-1 decision to the Carleton Place Canadians in CCHL action at the Memorial Centre.
This team is getting better by the day. They had plenty of scoring chances Friday night but their timing or passes were just off a tad.
Zach Biniaris banged home an Aidan Carolan rebound for the Braves-only goal.
The new troops played well and are a welcome addition as things bode well for the future. Still only 5 D available for the game Friday night, which puts an added strain on everyone and the goaltender Zane Spaniol in particular.
I think Zach Biniaris had a great game last night, in addition to his goal, he dished up a couple of passes that were oh-so-close in resulting in goals.
The Braves travel to Navan this afternoon to play the Grads. Game time is 2:30 pm.
