The Amazing Chase is part scavenger hunt, part adventure, and all about getting out, trying something new, and seeing your city a little differently.

Gather your team (3–6 people), pick your strategy, complete challenges, and collect points along the way. Costumes encouraged. Bragging rights guaranteed.

Inspired by The Amazing Race, this outrageous scavenger hunt challenges teams to explore downtown, complete creative missions, and rack up points along the way. Strategy matters – will you tackle quick challenges first or jump straight into the wild ones?

What to expect:

🥇 Teams of 3–6 people
💃 Fun challenges for all ages & abilities
🐵 Themed costumes encouraged (easy bonus points!)
🌇 Discover local businesses & hidden downtown gems
🏆 Prizes + ultimate bragging rights

You’ll have 3 hours to complete as many challenges as possible using your smartphone to submit photo and video proof. No set route – your team chooses the adventure.

This year’s event takes place alongside Downtown Brockville’s Shop the Street of the season, themed A Springtime Stroll, making it the perfect day to get outside, connect, and experience the energy of our downtown community.
