Swift Waters Elementary School presents Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR. playing at the Brockville Collegiate Institute (BCI) Theatre on Wednesday, May 13 at 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, May 14 at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The 60-minute musical, designed for middle school-aged performers, is based on the 1994 Broadway production and Disney’s 1991 animated feature film. There are 77 Grade 2-6 students in the cast and 11 in the stage crew.
Media and the general public are invited to attend. Tickets are available at the door and cost $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for children.
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR. is presented through special arrangement and all materials are provided by Music Theatre International.
