Women’s Circle

When women gather, magic can happen. Sitting together in circle is a beautiful way to show ourselves and each other that our voice matters and that we aren’t alone.

Let’s celebrate the joy of Spring Equinox and all the beautiful energy arising from the earth and from our hearts as we shake off the end of winter and enter into a new season.

We honour confidentiality and there is zero pressure to share.

We have yoga mats to sit on and pillows, cushions, and blankets to be extra cozy and comfortable. There will also be tea available. Feel free to bring any of your own items.

No registration required. We welcome you to just show up and be your authentic self! Ages 18 +

Location: Engine House Yoga & Fitness at 2131 Parkdale Avenue, Brockville

Free to attend. Donations are welcomed, with all proceeds going to Interval House, the women’s shelter in Brockville.
