Bellamy and his presentation\, “Cool\, Cocky\, and Unforgettable: The History of Sport in the 1970s.” The talk will explore a memorable decade in sport\, from unforgettable athletes to iconic moments in baseball\, hockey\, golf\, tennis\, and more. \nThe event is designed to bring back memories\, spark conversation\, and celebrate the role sport has played in popular culture and community life. Guests are invited to enjoy an evening of lively storytelling\, local history\, and shared memories as they kick off their Canada Day celebrations at the Mill. \nIn addition to the presentation\, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy beer tasting flights from Joe’s Spencerville Brewing Company. The tasting will offer a local flavour pairing for an evening focused on sports history and community connection. \nThe event will take place on Tuesday\, June 30\, 2026\, at the Spencerville Mill & Museum. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.\, with the talk beginning at 6:00 p.m. \nAdmission is by suggested donation at the door.
