DESCRIPTION:Skate Brockville will host the ‘Marching to Brockville’ Star 1-4 Figure Skating Competition on Friday\, March 14th\, Saturday\, March 15th and Sunday\, March 16th at the Memorial Centre in Brockville. \nThe competition will see over 350 skaters from 46 skating clubs across Ontario coming to Brockville. \nCome out for an exciting weekend of skating as young athletes take the ice to showcase their talent at the Brockville Memorial Centre. The event will run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday\, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday\, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. \nSpectators are welcome. DESCRIPTION:The third Annual Brockville Magedoma Old Timers Recreational HockeyFest takes place on Tuesday\, March 18th and Wednesday\, March 19th at the Brockville Memorial Centre. \nThe 2 day\, 8-team charity event welcomes over 100 players aged 60+ from Kingston\, Kemptville\, Westport\, Shawville\, Brockville Old Boys and of course the Magedomas and raises funds for a local charity. \nAll games will be played between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM with each team being guaranteed 3 games over the 2 days. There will be no overtime for any games played\, and because it is a recreational tournament\, there will be no playoffs. \nAdmission is free! \nAll proceeds from the third annual Magedoma Old Timers hockey charity event will be contributed to the Weekenders Charity program (WP4K)
