DESCRIPTION:Join us for a delightful spring morning paddle on the scenic South Nation River and support a great cause\, the Spencerville Mill & Museum! Bring your kayaks\, canoes\, or preferred paddling vessels and get ready for an adventure. \nFor those needing to borrow a vessel\, contact Brian at 613-340-2552 to reserve one as soon as possible\, as availability is limited. This opportunity is made possible through our partnership with the Grenville Fish and Game Club. \nComplimentary lunch will be provided to registered participants in the Spencerville Mill Park\, courtesy of the Spencerville & District Optimist Club. \nPrizes totalling $500 in cash will be awarded to participants with the best poker hands. To be eligible\, complete the paddle route and be in the park by 12:30 PM for the prize ceremony. \nAbove all\, remember to enjoy and have fun! DESCRIPTION:Located just a few minutes from the downtown core of Merrickville sits Sirens Boatworks\, a Wooden Boat resto-mod shop where we have been serving the community for over 10 years. \nWe are looking forward to showing off some of our current and past projects\, opening the docks to our local wooden boat enthusiasts and other friends in the area\, and showing off our boats for sale. \nLocal food vendors\nDrinks\nLive music \nContests for our visitors to win some great prizes \nOver 50 antique wooden boats on display! \nWhen parking on site is full\, we have a school bus shuttle service going to the downtown core and to the parking lot at 115 Grenville Way every 10 – 15 minutes \nHope to see you on the docks at Sirens Boatworks!
