SUMMARY:Celebrating All Thing Horses At Upper Canada Village
DESCRIPTION:Horse Lovers’ Weekend runs September 2-4\, 2023 \nFrom Saturday\, September 2 until Monday\, September 4\, Upper Canada Village celebrates the integral role horses have played in Canada’s history since the 1600s with its Horse Lovers’ Weekend. \nAll weekend long there will be demonstrations of horse-powered jobs performed by working horses\, including the opportunity for horse-drawn rides around the Village by wagon\, carryall or by boat. To make it a proper celebration\, there will also be music and dancing. \nHorse-loving programs run all day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday\, Sunday and Monday. On Saturday and Sunday\, there will be performances by the National Valley Ranch Vaulters and the Capital Cowgirls Drill Team. There will be a variety of live demonstrations all weekend and workshops such as “Building Your Horse’s Confidence” and “Communicating with Your Horse.” \nhttps://www.uppercanadavillage.com/
