Brockville – The second annual Dare 2 Care Family Fun Day hosted by the Brockville & Area Food Bank was held on Saturday at Hardy Park in Brockville.
Close to 748.8 pounds of food was collected during the event along with $13,000 in monetary donations for the local food bank.
The free event ran from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and featured a BBQ, magic show, vendor village, face painting, live music, Little Rays Reptiles and more.
Freedom RV had an RV onsite for visitors to try and fill the RV with non-perishable food items during the event.
