Brockville Braves Blanked Kemptville 73s 4-0 Friday Night in Their First Win of the Season in CCHL Action – VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS

Brockville – The Brockville Braves came away with a huge win Friday night blanking the Kemptville 73s 4-0.

The hard-luck Braves finally pulled off their first win of the season and did it in an exciting fan-pleasing game at the Memorial Centre last night.

Dax who has suffered through that same hard luck racked up his first shutout as a Brave and was selected first star. Owen Watson scored a hilite reel goal and picked up a pair of assists. Captain Luke Culhane powered his way past the opposition and banged one past Biron.

Liam Reid scored from the point after a pass from Owen “The Magician” Watson. Watson also waved his wand on the first goal as he set up Marcus Mori for his 1st goal of the year and first goal of the game. All scoring took place in the third period.

The Braves are in Pembroke on Sunday night to play the Lumber Kings. The puck drops at 7:00 p.m.
