Brockville – The Thousand Islands Secondary School (TISS) Pirates Boy’s Hockey Team won 4-3 over St. Michael Mustangs after three periods of regulation and two overtime periods in a sudden death shootout on Tuesday at the Brockville Memorial Centre.
The Mustangs tied up the game in the third period, survived overtime, and got down to the 5th shooter of a shootout before TISS won in the shootout.
Both teams went undefeated all season long.
The Pirates now compete for the EOSSAA Championship on March 5 in Renfrew.
