Gananoque – The Gananoque Islanders will face the North Dundas Rockets in the EOSHL Finals starting this weekend after winning games 3 & 4 over the Smiths Falls Rideaus over the weekend.
On Friday the Islanders won a 6-2 decision over the Rideaus in Gananoque. On Saturday they won 5-2 over Smiths Falls, taking the series 3 games to 1.
The first game of the Best of 5 final series is being held this Saturday, March 23rd in Chesterville. Game time is 2:15 pm. The second game is in Gananoque on Sunday, March 24th. The puck drops at the Lou Jefferies at 5:00 pm.
