Brockville – Brockville Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 56-year-old, Darcy, from Smiths Falls.
The man was last seen on King Street West in Brockville on March 22nd.
He is described as being approximately 5’9”, 185lbs, wearing a black coat and blue jeans. He does have significant tattoos on his neck area as shown in the photo.
