St. Lawrence College Hosting Spring Open House in Brockville This Saturday – VIDEO

Brockville – St. Lawrence College is hosting a spring Open House this Saturday, April 6th at the Brockville and Cornwall campuses.

It is a chance for future students to learn about the programs the college offers, meet faculty and current students, tour the campus and residence, talk to service experts, including financial aid, and wellness and accessibility and experience live program demonstrations.

“Whether you’re starting your academic journey or looking to upskill, Open House is a great opportunity to see what college offers. At Open House, you can meet SLC’s talented and dedicated people, learn about student support services, and tour our classrooms, labs, and facilities,” says Glenn Vollebregt, SLC President and CEO. “St. Lawrence College provides hands-on training and real-world experience, so our graduates are equipped to succeed as soon as they begin their careers.” 

Those who attend Saturday’s open house can also participate in fun activities, giveaways and more.

The open house in Brockville will run from 10:00 am to noon. The Cornwall Campus – Saturday, April 6, 2024, 9 am – 11 am and the Kingston Campus – Saturday, April 13, 2024, 9 am – 1:30 pm.

Program sessions start at 10:30 am. 

SERVICES FAIR 

SLC Services Fair will be available from 10:00 am- 12:00 pm. Stop by and get information about: 

·       OSAP/Financial Aid 

·       Student Wellness & Accessibility 

·       Academic Support Centre & Peer Tutoring 

As well if you’re interested in the Pre-Service Firefighter Education and Training program, be sure to join them to see a car extrication demo by current students at 11:00 am at the Brockville campus!
