VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS: Brockville Braves Lost 7-4 Navan Grads in CCHL on Sunday

Navan – The Brockville Braves lost a 7-4 decision to the Navan Grads on Sunday in CCHL action in Navan.

Navan scored first on a goal from Louie Marcellino 21 (Meireles, Connors) in the first period, followed by Brockville’s first goal by Volodymyr Karpachov (AP). The Grads would score a second goal from Colin Holmes 20 (Johnson, Leverone) to take the lead, 2-1 at the end of the first.

In the second period, Navan would go on to score three more goals. Ryan McNally would score a short-handed goal for the Braves in the second.

Brockville’s Kayden Buller 3 (Dinis, Treppo), and Aidyn Urbach 3 (Dinis, Legostaev) scored a goal in the third period. Navan scored also scored 2 goals in the third.

The Grads outshot the Braves 38 to 36 during the game.

The Braves will get a rematch this Friday night as they host the Grads at the Memorial Centre. The puck drops at 7:30 pm.
