Brockville – On April 27, 2025, at about 8:00 pm, police observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed in the area of Stewart Blvd.
The officer found that the vehicle was travelling 47km/h over the posted speed limit. This was an infraction of 97km/h in a posted 50km/h zone.
The vehicle was stopped, and the driver was identified to be a 21-year-old male. As a result, the vehicle was impounded for 14 days, the driver’s licence was suspended, and the driver was issued a future court date for stunt driving.
