Brockville Transit Rider Notice: Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy Update

Brockville – In an effort to improve the efficiency and safety of our transit system and to better understand how each of our bus stops are being utilized, all Brockville Transit buses will now only pick up and drop off passengers at official, designated bus stops, effective immediately.

We understand that our drivers have previously accommodated requests to stop between official locations; however, this practice makes it difficult to accurately assess stop usage and can pose safety concerns. To ensure consistent and reliable service for everyone, we are standardizing our boarding and drop-off procedures.

What This Means for You:

• Please use the marked Brockville Transit bus stops for all boarding and exiting.
• Plan your route accordingly by identifying the nearest official stop to your destination.
