
Forthon – DIRTcar Small Block and Sportsman-Modified teams are getting ready to continue one of the year’s most anticipated series of special events. The 2025 Ogilvie’s Auto and Fleet Series is set to kick off the next round of action – Saturday, July 12th – at Brockville Ontario Speedway.
Local favourites will be on hand to defend the home track honour and earn the bragging rights that come with being crowned this year’s Ogilvie’s Triple Crown Series titleholder. On-track action will include a 50-lap Modified feature and 40 laps for Sportsman teams. Also on the docket will be the Novice Sportsman, Street Stock and Surprenant Truck Shop Crate Sprint Car divisions.
Following an opening round win Saturday, May 10th, Chris Raabe enjoys a 4-point lead over 2024 series champion Steve Bernier, while Tristan Draper is 8 points behind. Kyle Dingwall and Corey Wheeler round out the top 5 in the Small Block Modified standings. In the Ogilvie’s Auto & Fleet Triple Crown Sportsman standings, Jacob Nadeau has a 4-point cushion on Gavin Eisele. Xavier Andrews is 8 points out of the title chase lead, with Jessica Power and Matt Barbour holding down the 4th and 5th spots.
18 different teams scored points in the 358 Modified opener, while 26 runners were in attendance for the Sportsman-Modified 2025 Ogilvie’s debut.
With the arrival of July, it is time to start counting the days to this year’s edition of the Wednesday, July 30th, Canadian Classic. A 75-lap Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Modified date paying $ 7500 to win, the show that also includes the NLMA Late Models, is another of Brockville Ontario Speedway’s 2025 marquee events.
