Brockville – Halloween is fast approaching this Friday, and the Brockville Police want everyone to have a fun and safe night out by remembering these key safety tips.

Safety Tips:

  • Plan your route – Stick to familiar, well-lit areas.
  • Choose safe costumes – Avoid masks or accessories that block your vision.
  • Stay in groups – There’s safety (and fun!) in numbers.
  • Be visible – Use reflective tape, flashlights, or glow sticks so drivers can see you clearly.
  • Drivers: Please slow down and stay alert! Streets will be busy with excited trick-or-treaters.

The Brockville Police Service will also welcome trick-or-treaters at the police station on October 31st from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

“Stop by for some candy — we can’t wait to see everyone’s spooky and creative costumes!”
