Athens – The Township of Athens Fire Department is hosting a Food Drive this weekend in Athens.
To combat hunger in Leeds and Grenville, the fire department will be excepting donations for the Athens food bank on Saturday, March 14th, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at Athens Fresh Market and on Sunday, March 15th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at The Village Store.
This is part of the month long Chief Fire Officers Association of Leeds & Grenville counties wide Food Drive.
