MR.SUB® Opening New Location in Brockville Early April

Toronto – MR.SUB®, one of Canada’s most established sub sandwich brands, is proud to announce the upcoming opening of a new store in Brockville, bringing its signature fresh-made subs and welcoming dining experience to the local community for the very first time.

Located 7713 Kent Boulevard, the new MR.SUB store is expected to open early April 2026 and will offer guests a wide variety of freshly prepared subs, wraps, salads, and sides, made to order using quality ingredients.

The restaurant will be owned and operated by Fain Jigneshkumar Patel, who is looking forward to introducing MR.SUB to Brockville’s tight-knit and community-driven market.

“Brockville has such a strong sense of community, and I’m excited to bring MR.SUB here for the first time,” said Fain Jigneshkumar Patel, owner of the new location. “There’s real pride in supporting local businesses, and I’m looking forward to serving fresh, quality food while becoming an active part of the community.”

Guests can enjoy many of the brand’s most popular items, including the Assorted Sub – the sub that started it all and MR.SUB’s most iconic and best-selling sandwich – as well as the Pizza Sub, Meatball Sub, and the Canadian Club.

In addition to its classic favourites, the Windsor location will also feature MR.SUB’s FiredUp Faves, a lineup of hot subs launched in 2025, offering bold flavours and hearty options for guests looking for something new.
