Grenville OPP Charge Person in Connection with Homicide in Spencerville

Spencerville – Grenville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say they have charged a person in connection with the death of 37-year-old Chelsea Swinwood, whose body was found at a Spencerville residence last week.

Grenville OPP said they have charged Justin Donovan-Biscope, a 35-year-old from Smiths Falls with second-degree murder and indignity to a body in a press release on Thursday.

Police say Donovan-Biscope remains in custody and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Friday.
