Brockville – On September 2, 2026, at approximately 3:00pm, police received a complaint regarding a bail condition violation between a couple who reside in the South area of Brockville.
The accused is a 29-year-old, male who was on bail conditions to abstain from communicating with his ex-girlfriend. These bail conditions are a result of concerns for the victim’s safety, after previously being charged with assault and uttering threats.
On this date, it was discovered that the 29-year-old, male made attempts to communicate with the victim by leaving messages with family members and by leaving items for the victim at her residence.
On September 3, 2026, at approximately 5:00pm, officers located the accused in the area of Park Street.
He was placed under arrest and held for a bail hearing for additional charges of:

- · Fail to comply with Release Order x 2
- · Fail to comply with Probation x2
