
Johnstown – Grenville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say that the Highway 401 Eastbound on-ramp from Highway 16 Southbound in Johnstown is still closed after a single passenger vehicle rollover near Johnstown.
Police say that around 9:30 this morning they responded to reports of a single passenger vehicle rollover near Johnstown. They said the occupants were being assessed and asked motorists to please use alternate routes as both lanes of Highway 401 Eastbound were closed from Edward Street in Prescott to Shanly Road in Cardinal for the investigation.
Just before 10:00am this morning Grenville OPP posted that the Highway 401 eastbound lanes from Prescott to Cardinal have reopened. Highway 401 eastbound on-ramp from Highway 16 southbound in Johnstown is expected to remain closed for an extended period of time.
