Brockville – On November 18th, the United Counties of Leeds & Grenville will conduct a Point-in-Time (PiT) Count, a coordinated initiative that helps build a clearer initiative that helps build a clearer understanding of homelessness across our region.
The project is funded through Reaching Home, Canada’s homeless strategy, which supports local efforts to prevent and reduce homelessness.
The information collected through the PiT Count provides valuable insight into local needs, helping inform future planning, services, and supports for those experiencing homelessness.
