OPP Say No Risk to Public Safety!
WOLFE ISLAND – The Leeds County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continues to investigate a home invasion that occurred at a residence on Road 96 near Marysville on Wolfe Island.
The investigation has now confirmed that this was a targeted incident and there is no risk to public safety.
Two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the incident.
The OPP urges all members of the public to always ensure that doors and windows are secure.
Expect to see a large police presence on Wolfe Island as the investigation continues.
