Kingston – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his Statutory Release.
Ivan BELKNAP is described as a 53-year-old Caucasian Male, 5’11″(180cm), 186lbs(84kgs). He has numerous Tattoos on his Left Upper Arm “Castle”, on his Left Ankle – “Bird”, on his Right Upper Arm “Warrior”, as well as a “Boat & Viking Skull”. He has many Tattoos on his back and chest as well.

Careless Use/Storage of Firearm
Unauthorized Possession/Firearm
Possession of Prohibited Weapon Knowing- Unauthorized
Possession of Firearm knowing- Unauthorized
Possession of Prohibited/Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
Possession of Weapon Contrary to Prohibited Order X2.
