
Brockville – The John Howard Society of Kingston & District/Connect Youth is hosting the annual Coldest Night of the Year fundraising walk tonight, Saturday, February 22nd at the Brockville Shopping Centre, 125 Stewart Blvd Brockville.
The 2 & 5 km walk hosted in 190+ cities across Canada is in support of the John Howard Society of Kingston & District/Connect Youth’s work in Brockville and Leeds-Grenville with people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, with Opening Remarks at 4:45 pm. The walk begins at 5:00 pm.
Last year saw close to 127 walkers in 25 teams and raised a total of $33,706 surpassing last year’s goal.
