City of Brockville Holiday schedule for Canada Day

Brockville – Mayor Matt Wren invites the community to display red and white and to fly the flag as we mark 60 years of the Maple Leaf as the National Flag of Canada. Join us for our Brockville Canada Day Celebration Event.

City of Brockville administrative offices will be closed on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025, to honour our great nation.

Municipal administrative services closed on Tuesday, July 1st, include:

City Hall (1 King Street West)
Gord Watts Municipal Centre (251 North Augusta Road)
Wastewater Treatment Centre (1807 County Road 2 East)
Water Filtration Plant (20 Rivers Avenue)

City services and facilities long weekend changes:

Brockville Tourism, Visitor Information Centre:

Location: 16 Market Street East
Regular hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every day, seven days a week, with some holiday exceptions
Open on Canada Day – Tuesday, July 1st from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Waste and Recycling Collection:

Regular collection on Monday, June 30th.

No service on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. After that, the collection will be on the following day of your regular pick-up. Please put out your items one day after your usual collection day for the remainder of the week.
