
Brockville – A 31-year-old, local man, wanted by the Brockville Police Service on many charges, has been arrested again.
These charges revolved around intimate partner violence and included, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assault
- Uttering threats
- Harassing communications
- Unlawfully in a dwelling
- Mischief under $5,000.00
- Fail to comply with the release order (bail)
- Fail to comply with probation
The man had been arrested by police on multiple occasions and released on bail, where he would continue to commit offences in complete disregard for his court-imposed conditions, according to police. Police made many attempts to locate the subject, and he repeatedly evaded police.
Then on June 24, 2025, at about 7:15 am, police located the man at a residence on Central Avenue. He was placed under arrest for a variety of outstanding charges and additionally charged with two counts of failure to comply with release order and two counts of failing to comply with probation.
Police say this brings the subject’s outstanding charge count to 49 criminal charges since March this year. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
