Merrickville – Grenville OPP are reporting that a construction site collision east of Merrickville has left one person deceased.
The OPP East Facebook page said that the 61-year-old victim was working at a construction site just after 9:30 this morning when they were struck by a tractor-trailer involved in the construction project. It happened on Wolford Drive, off Burritt’s Rapids Road.
Opp says the investigation is continuing and no further information can be released at this time.
