10th Annual Delta Harvest Festival This Saturday, September 27th

Delta – This Saturday, September 27th, is the 10th Annual Delta Harvest Festival being held at the Delta Fairgrounds and other locations throughout the village.

There will be a craft sale from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Delta Fairgrounds, tours, quilt show, bread contest, bread tasting, and fresh baking at the Old Stone Mill from 10:00 am to 3:00 p,m with a milling demonstration at 1:00 pm.

The Blacksmith Shop will hold blacksmithing demonstrations from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a garden market & crafts in front. The Delta Fire Hall Museum will be open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and the DRAS Recreation Centre is hosting a Cornhole tourney starting at 9:00 am.

There will also be a yard sale at St. Paul’s Anglican Church from 9:00 am to noon. A Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament at Lower Beverly Lake Park at 1:00 pm., and a Scarecrow contest display at Russell Greenspace all day.

There will be a farmers market and vendors all day throughout the village, a car show and Jackpot Barrel racing & pole bending.

A 50/50 raffle will also be held, and musical entertainment will be provided by Jeff Code and the Silver Wings band.
