Brockville – The City of Brockville has declared a significant weather event due to the current forecast, effective at 8:00 am on Monday, January 26, until further notice.
Overnight parking is prohibited city-wide between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. for the duration of the event. Vehicles parked overnight may be ticketed or towed.
Transit services are operating; significant delays are expected due to road conditions and reduced visibility. Please allow extra time and use caution when getting on and off buses.
If possible, residents are encouraged to avoid non-essential travel and proceed with caution if heading out.
City crews are working through changing conditions to keep roads and transit operating as safely as possible.
Thank you for your patience.
