
Brockville – A Yellow Warning – Rainfall has been issued for Brockville, Prescott, Mallorytown, Gananoque, Morrisburg, Long Sault & Kingston.
Rain, heavy at times is expected. The saturated or frozen ground will have little ability to absorb this rainfall. Rainfall amounts of 20 to 40 mm. Locally higher amounts are possible in areas that receive thunderstorms.
Beginning tonight or Wednesday morning and lasting through Wednesday.
A series of low pressure systems will lead to significant rainfall across parts of southern Ontario.
There is also a freezing rain warning in effect for the region for a possible period of freezing rain before changing over to rain.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.
Don’t drive through flooded roadways. Avoid low-lying areas. Watch for washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts.
